Guests will enjoy a curated selection of artisan cheeses paired with wines chosen to highlight their unique textures and flavors. Chef Jessica Baldus and Art Farm Iowa’s Steve Hanson will guide the evening with inspired pairings, stories from the farm and kitchen, and a discussion on how to find and utilize locally-sourced ingredients that honor Iowa’s land and makers.
